QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
TCI, the subsidiary of Turkish Airlines, was established in 2010. The headquarters and manufacturing sites are located in Europe’s largest MRO Center, next to Sabiha Gokcen International Airport in Istanbul, Türkiye.
TCI currently design and manufacture aircraft cabin interior products such as galley, seat, lavatory, trolley, IFE systems, provide retrofitting and repairing services for Boeing, Airbus and world’s leading airlines.

Qualifications
- Graduated with a bachelor's degree from the following departments of universities or similar departments; Electronics Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Metalurgy Engineering,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the defense or aviation sectors,
- Knowledge and experience in MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-704 or DO-160 environmental condition test standards (EMI/EMC, Climatic, Mechanical and Flammability Tests)
- Able to collaborate with avionics system, hardware design, and mechanical design teams in a multidisciplinary environment,
- Familiar with avionics standards/guidelines and certification processes (EASA Part-21, CS-25, ARP-4754, ARP-4761, DO-178, DO-254, Airbus / Boeing standards preferred),
- Preferably familiar with system engineering and documentation processes,
- Team player with strong communication skills,
- Proficient in MS Office programs,
- Good command of English (technical and communication)
- Able to drive a vehicle,
- For male candidates; who have done their military service or are exempt from military service,
- Not having a travel disability; To be able to take part in international projects and to work at a pace by the project deadlines,
- Previously, not leaving their duties in THY A.O. or its affiliates due to lack of discipline.
Job Description
- Reviewing electrical/mechanical requirements, designs, analyses of the projects,
- Evaluating avionics test configurations,
- Performing circuit analysis and supporting design reviews,
- Creating test plans, test procedures according to the specifications,
- Planing and performing pre-qualification test activities,
- Creating test reports,
- Co-working with external test laboratories during test activities,
- Auditing external test laboratories,
- Witnessing to the external test activities,
- Reporting test progress and recommendations to technical staff and management.
