- Experienced in the hardware of Servers, Desktops and Laptops
- Experienced in IT hardware (computer printer scanner projection mobile device etc.) institutions,
- TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, VLAN, etc. Having knowledge on the subjects and being able to troubleshoot network problems,
- IP Camera, face scanning devices, switchboard etc. Knowledgeable about weak current systems,
- Systematic solution oriented, following technology and innovations,
- Good level of english
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Providing system support to users in our company,
- Performing and supporting the installation and configuration settings of computers and peripheral units,
- Will follow up on computer hardware and software needs,
- Will follow the installation, adjustments and periodic maintenance activities of computer hardware,
- Carrying out all monitoring, problem management and solution activities to ensure that the systems operate uninterruptedly 24*7,
- Providing remote/on-site solutions to reported problems and requests by providing first-level technical support,
- To carry out personnel inventory delivery and inventory tracking
- Implementation of security measures and taking precautions against security threats
- Managing data backup and data recovery processes
- Creating all procedures regarding Information Technologies infrastructure, hardware and software and ensuring their implementation within the company,
