What You Will Be Doing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies and action plans to drive market expansion, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities and target markets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective customer acquisition and retention strategies, including digital marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and customer data to evaluate the effectiveness of growth initiatives and identify areas for optimization.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Work closely with product development teams to identify and prioritize product enhancements and innovations that drive customer value and support growth objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives, track progress, and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and industry contacts, to support growth initiatives and drive collaboration.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of growth initiatives, key insights, and recommendations for future strategies.
You’ll Be Great For This Role If:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in growth marketing, business development, or related roles, with a track record of driving business growth and achieving results.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques; experience with Google Analytics, CRM software, and marketing automation platforms is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and foster collaboration across teams.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
- Results-oriented with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes and exceeding performance targets.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
