Farmasi, which has exports to 125 countries, operates in 33 countries and is the 28th largest Direct Sales Company in the world.
Farmasi Headquarters Istanbul / Çekmeköy location is looking for a Trade Marketing Executive to be assigned with in the Marketing Department.
Responsibilities
- Plan unique, interesting and commercially viable catalogs in a way to drive consultant engagement to positively impact activity and sales per active
- Plan catalogs in-line with the pre-determined flow strategy and merchandising strategy to hit targeted KPls, frequency of discount, discounting thresholds to get the main objective : sales & margin
- Build merchandising prices based on agreed pricing strategy/margin targets, historical data, consumer trends and competitor activities
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROl and KPIs)
- Conducting focus groups/in-depth meetings to develop the productivity of launches, offers and campaigns
- Working closely with communication team to support low performers, launches and key offer in digital media
- Monitor competitors' and other global regions' activities such as new merchandising strategies, loyalty programs, offers to implement best practice, catalog executions
- P&L follow up & reporting
- Plan and implement sales actions including Loyalty (for current consultants) & Welcome
- Programs (for newcomers), Lottery Program to support catalog plans and to positively impact activity & sales per active
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in partnership management, segment marketing management and other relevant marketing role (Preferably experienced in MLM companies)
- Bachelor's degreein Industry Engineering or Computer Engineering from a reputable university
- Excellent business English (written and spoken)
- Financial knowledge & commercial understanding
- Good understanding of market research methods
- Knowledge about digital marketing and e-commerce KPI skills
- Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to deduce meaningful conclusions from data
- Excellent organization skills with ability to handle multiple projects, priorities and deadlines
- Self-motivated and result-driven; able to work effectively even amid occasional ambiguity or imperfect information
