Job Description
- Develop, implement and evaluate trade marketing strategies and plans,
- Coordinate the preparation of POP and visual materials,
- Collaborate with agencies to develop the design of POS materials, ensuring their placement and coordinating in-store activities,
- Regularly report trade marketing activities to management,
- Localize printed marketing materials and manage their production and in-store implementation,
- Manage the trade marketing budget, optimizing expenditures to maximize ROI,
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure trade marketing initiatives are aligned with sales objective,
- Conduct research on competition, market trends, and customer dynamics to inform trade marketing strategies,
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field,
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or a similar role,
- Experience in trade marketing and POS management is a plus,
- Advanced level of English,
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
