About the Job
- Preparation of the necessary customs and transport documents for the export to take place. (domestic invoice, foreign invoice, packing list, shipping instruction),
- Organizing customs, transportation processes and arranging documents during export processes,
-
Knowledge in the field of loading & transport plans,
-
Logistics & c learance operations of the realized contracts; follow up of all documentations,
-
Creating quotations in response to customer requests,
-
Connecting with shipping lines and collecting price offers,
-
Preparing weekly export sales reports,
-
Follow-up of orders production planning processes
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Good knowledge of MS Office,
-
At least 2 years experience in Export operation

Minimum Bachelor`s Degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or International Trade
-
B class driver license.
