What does a PRGM Specialist do at Anadolu Efes?

Profitable Revenue Growth Management (PRGM) Specialist will be responsible for supporting maximizing company revenues through strategic pricing and mix optimization, while considering market dynamics targeting to strengthen competitiveness and sustainable performance.
We are looking for a team member who will be "as close to the P&L and as close to the customer as possible"

  • Create regular & custom financial reports of Net Revenue Management components monthly and quarterly assessment (Price & Volume & Mix & Discount Analysis
  • Analyze and understand the competitive pricing environment in the market
  • Support the further development of the profitability and promotion tools and ensure compliance with the KPIs
  • Support monitoring of pricing and performance, and sharing key findings and recommendations to take required actions
  • Helping to create sustainable market share and profitability with the direction of Sales Strategies Director & CFO
  • Working closely with trade spend team to help building sustainable brand/channel discount strategy on sales team
  • Help building visual analytics dashboards to support net revenue and profitable product mix management initiatives
  • Provide NRM analytics support to develop revenue growth projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management Sciences, Economics , Engineering or Mathematics
  • 2 years of experience in strategic pricing /revenue growth/ commercial / business development /Analysis field is a plus
  • Financial skills, highly analytical perspective
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (SAP and Power BI is a plus)
  • Ability to work effectively and confidentially with various levels of organization
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • Enjoy developing processes
