QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who will be responsible for all Human Resources processes in our production facility located in Ankara Başkent OSB.


  • Preferably graduated from the University's Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Business Administration and etc.,
  • Good command of English,
  • At least 7 years of experience in the field of Human Resources,
  • Preferably having experience in Pharmaceutical Industry and Factory (blue collar),
  • Having knowledge of Labor Law and Legislation,
  • Able to use MS Office programs well,
  • Having advanced planning, presentation, representation and organizational skills,
  • Paying attention to details and successful in business follow-up,
  • Open to development and change,
  • Strong human relations, verbal and written communication,
  • Suitable for dynamic working environment,
  • We are looking for a colleague who can adapt quickly, has an analytical mindset, can keep up with the intense work schedule, and has completed his military service for male candidates.


JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • To manage and implement all Human Resources processes in the Production Facility,
  • To manage recruitment and orientation processes in line with company policies and strategies, to ensure that organizational development, training, performance and career management processes are carried out in coordination with Central HR,
  • Making and implementing plans in accordance with the backup plan of key positions,
  • Guiding the employees in the Performance Evaluation and calibration process, ensuring that the reports reach the HR Director in a timely and complete manner,
  • To plan and implement the fringe benefits and other benefits (ÖSS, TSS, SIDE RIGHT PACKAGE, RETIREMENT, etc.) provided to the employees,
  • Working in close cooperation with the Payroll and Personnel Affairs Specialist during the payroll process, in accordance with the Labor Law and SGK legislation, and delivering all necessary information to the relevant persons in a complete, accurate and timely manner,
  • SGK, İşkur, Revenue Administration, T.C. Courts etc. To ensure the conduct of relations and affairs in official institutions,
  • To ensure the management of employee relations and communication in our Production Facility,
  • Updating organizational charts, job descriptions and all Human Resources documents,
  • Taking an active role in the creation, updating, training and implementation of Human Resources and Company Procedures,
  • Regular follow-up and reporting of company turn-over rates,
  • To carry out studies and projects aimed at increasing employee loyalty and strengthening the employer brand,
  • Coordinating and controlling the legal responsibilities of subcontractor processes within the framework of HR,
  • Taking an active role in the creation of the company's KVKK processes,
  • To make suggestions and activities for the effective use and continuous improvement of HR systems,
  • Working in coordination with Occupational Health and Safety, Environment and Dangerous Goods Safety Consultancy firms, controlling the monthly reports and presenting them to the senior management.
