QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a team member to fill the position of Service Contract & Finance Support Specialist within Renault Trucks Turkey.

Location: Istanbul, Ümraniye
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage service contract invoicing, payments, and reconciliation.
• Monitor and escalate overdue payments to relevant parties.
• Provide information and support in meetings and calls with stakeholders.
• Maintain close relationships with accounting and commercial teams.
• Analyze monthly profit and loss reports for service contracts.
• Coordinate dealer bank limits and sales operations.
• Manage dealer/customer collaterals such as letter of guarantees.
• Oversee Used Truck sales operations in collaboration with internal teams.
• Daily management of RT SAS NT payments.
• Prepare and report aged and due items on a monthly basis.
• Support the preparation of Local and Regional Credit Committee meetings.
• Follow up on technical documents for truck registration.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial and accounting roles.
• Previous experience in a multinational organization is preferred.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
