We are looking for experienced Purchasing Assistant for our location in Nilüfer, Bursa.
The Purchasing Assistant is responsible to support the Category buyers for the strategic purchasing of connection systems components. Major task is directed towards achieving total cost objectives for purchased material in terms of quality, timing, costs and service as the execution of category purchasing activities such as support for sourcing of new products, support for negotiations strategy preparation, and support for global purchasing initiatives where relevant.
What You’ll Do

Frequent reporting of Supply Management related tasks.

Enter & upload required data in CST based on data provided by category buyer

Enter & upload all contract related data and documents in ENAIO system based on data provided by category buyer

Support category buyer team with all data clarification activities, issues and follow up general requests to suppliers (e.g. Samples, data updates...)

Responsible for eRFQ related responsibilities i.e. support for Initiation, clarification, follow up all eRFQ's issued towards Connection Systems suppliers

Periodically reporting of savings status per Category buyer.
Required Qualifications of Ideal Candidate

Master or bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration combined with technical background

Condense and present complex information to key personnel in meaningful reports,

You effectively communicate on any level,

Excellent computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office);

Your English skills are on a business proficiency level in speaking and writing

You are a strong team player

Ability to analyze complex data,

1-2 years of experience in purchasing activities or equivalent professional record in automotive industry
