We are looking for a “Senior Customer Service Specialist (Logistics)” for our multinational client operating in international logistics industry.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in related departments,
- Minimum 2 year of experience in international transportation, especially maritime transportation,
- Strong computer skills, good command of MS office applications,
- Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing,
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle and manage conflict and urgency situations,
- High learning agility, an open-minded, flexible way of thinking.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing the entire operation process from the booking stage to delivery,
- Sharing all information about order logistics/delivery times/freight etc. with the customer,
- Preparation and follow-up of necessary documents,
- Dealing with internal transportation when necessary,
- Responding to requests falling into the system when necessary,
- Preparing invoices and following their processes.
