We are looking for an '' Application Support Specialist '' who will be responsible for prioritizing, resolving, routing and scheduling all incoming internal technology support requests and issues.
Job Description
- Providing solutions by intervening as soon as possible for requests submitted by the Application or by end users,
- To intervene and resolve problems as quickly as possible on the systems where the applications within the scope of support operate.
- Will be able to perform editing, querying and reporting operations on the DB
- Intervening and resolving problems experienced by application users
- To ensure that the errors are eliminated by re-analyzing the problems that could not be resolved together with the software development team.
- Ensuring that applications are implemented by performing the necessary tests for new version updates.
- Directly intervening in errors that may occur on the SQL server when necessary
- Intervening problems according to SLA times,
- Providing a quality that is compatible with customer satisfaction and service delivery processes.
Requirements
- Graduating from a university with at least an associate's degree, preferably from a relevant department,
- Having at least a good command of written and spoken English,
- At least 1 year of experience in providing on-site and/or remote technical support,
- Providing application support in the Windows domain environment,
- Having a good knowling Technology Operation Processes,
- Having an advanced Excel skills and other Ms Office Programs,
- Hands on experience with various Databases and SQL queries,
- Basic understanding of API service protocols (RESTful, SOA, etc.)
- Having a familiar about at least these are one of them technologies Postman, Soapui etc.
- Experience using API/Service Clients such as,
- Problem Management process experience,
- Basic understanding of monitoring tools (new relic, prtg..)
- Having a proactive approach and problem solving skills.
- Able to adapt to the talents of the team and the dynamic structure of our company.
