You Will Be a Perfect Match If You Have;
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing or Communication, Public Relations, Advertising)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of marketing, media agency experience is preferred.
- Have strong communication skills and be competent in relationship management among teams
- Creative thinking, able to identify long-term opportunities and trends,
- Team player with problem-solving and negotiation skills,
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Following the digital trends,
- Have good skills in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Automotive experience is plus
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop integrated marketing communication plans that align with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, consumer behavior, and media consumption patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the company to develop messaging strategies and creative content that resonates with target audiences.
- Create media plans that optimize the use of traditional and digital channels, including television, radio, print, outdoor, online display, social media, and search engine marketing (SEM).
- Negotiate media planning and partnerships to secure favorable rates and placements while maximizing reach and frequency in coordination with media agency.
- Monitor and analyze media performance metrics, including reach, frequency, impressions, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on media performance data to optimize future media plans and investments.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging media platforms, and new advertising technologies to ensure the competitiveness of our media strategies.
- Manage relationships with media vendors, agencies, and other partners to ensure seamless execution of media plans and campaigns.
- Prepare and present regular reports on media performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI to key stakeholders.
- Preparation of dealer marketing activities and sponsored communication assets, follow-up of media plans
