What We Expect
- Preferably Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in fast-paced environments such as e-commerce, management consulting, growth-start-ups, corporate development, or technology companies.
- Proactive attitude towards developing and tracking new projects to enhance revenue strategies.
- Proven experience in identifying business development opportunities, establishing new lines of business, or forming strategic partnerships.
- Strong grasp of business models and a keen interest in emerging technologies.
- Problem-solving skills and excellent analytical abilities to tackle various conceptual and strategic topics.
- Comprehensive understanding of channel and partner ecosystems, along with working knowledge of sales cycles and processes.
- Technological knowledge and engineering background are advantageous.
- Proficient in English.
- Familiarity with both the digital ecosystem and e-commerce is advantageous.
- Excellent self-learning skills, proactive, and fast learner.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying attention to detail.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Executing strategic venture-building initiatives.
- Evaluating new investment opportunities through market research.
- Collaborating closely with the management team across different functions to drive internal and external business development opportunities.
- Constructing detailed financial and business models, conducting complex scenarios and sensitivity analyses.
- Identifying new business opportunities by examining trends and industry developments.
- Establishing and utilizing partnership structures internationally.
- Supporting all aspects of early-stage investment processes, including sourcing new opportunities, executing deals, and managing legal procedures.
- Collaborating with portfolio companies on strategy, product, and business development to enhance their success and identify new opportunities.
- Coordinating with key departments and senior management to execute top-priority projects and tasks.
- Assisting business units in implementing strategy, acting as an in-house consultant for project and change management issues, and providing support to all departments requiring assistance in managing business initiatives.
