QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Responsibility Areas
- Assisting the CEO, following the daily agenda, making meetings and appointments, Managing CEO’s Visit programs, Making travel arrangements
- Welcoming the guests coming from abroad, making the organizations such as hotel and flight tickets,
- Preparing reports according to executive’s demands
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Rack daily expenses
- Format information for internal and external communication: memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Requirements
- University Graduation from Public Relations & Communications or all related fields
- Minimum 2 years experiences in related area
- Native Speaker in Turkish
- Fluent in English
- Good MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Strong communication skills (Written & Verbal)
- High Planning and Organizational Skills
- Good in Stress Management
- Time Management Skills
- Ability to Solve Problems Creatively
- Customer Oriented
- Team Player, Collaborative
- Present the Company to Skateholders & External Contacts
- Available to Travel
- Working in Istanbul or Bandırma
