Opening this summer, the newYalıkavak Marina Hotel is the latest in our growing list of developments. Partnering with Bodrum’s award-winning ultra-luxurious Yalıkavak Marina, the hotel will be part of the Social Living Collection™ , a curated collection of hotels and resorts managed by SHG with each property providing outstanding experiences in exclusive locations around the world. The hotel will play host to various world-class amenities, including a private infinity pool exclusive to hotel guests, four duplex suites, and the unique Yalıkavak Suite, which is set to be Turkey's most luxury suite.
Now, We are looking for a " Guest Experience Supervisor " to join our amazing team!
Summary of position
Guest Experience Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the overall daily functional activities of the hotel in a planned, organized manner and it is important to ensure that they follow the hotel's policies and procedures. Moreover, ensuring while performing duties that service delivered to the guests not only meet, should provide a service according luxury segment.
Competencies
- Degree in Hospitality Management is an asset
- Computer knowledge and experience in MS office programs.
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
- Must speak fluent Turkish and English, any additional language would be an asset
- Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure.
- Experience of motivating and leading a winning team.
- Guest service and detail oriented
- Positive thinking, personal presentation, initiative, adaptability/flexibility, integrity, dependability, stress tolerance, property knowledge, safety orientation, innovation, self-development.
