For our Turkey headquarter in Samandıra, we are looking for a Purchasing Specialist/Senior Speacialist.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering,
- Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience preferably in manufacturing field,
- Good command of verbal and written English,
- Excellent command of MS Office Applications,
- Interpersonal relationship skills,
- Analytical thinking skill,
- Problem solving skills,
- Effective communication and coordination skills,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- Preferably resident in Istanbul Anatolian side.
Job Description:
- Ensure compliance to all procurement policies,
- Track, monitor and report all purchasing activities based on company goals to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness,
- Develop professional relationship with suppliers, evaluate and analyze supplier and material performance,
- Conduct research to ascertain the best material and suppliers,
- Negotiate with suppliers and prepares cost analysis reports in case of any need,
- Forecast levels of demand for services and products to meet the business needs and keep a constant check on stock levels,
- Forecast price trends and their impact on future activities,
- Conduct research, evaluate and analyze to ascertain the best products and suppliers.
