Opening this summer, the new Yalıkavak Marina Hotel is the latest in our growing list of developments. Partnering with Bodrum’s award-winning ultra-luxurious Yalıkavak Marina, the hotel will be part of the Social Living Collection™ , a curated collection of hotels and resorts managed by SHG with each property providing outstanding experiences in exclusive locations around the world. The hotel will play host to various world-class amenities, including a private infinity pool exclusive to hotel guests, four duplex suites, and the unique Yalıkavak Suite, which is set to be Turkey's most luxury suite.
Now, We are looking for a " Food & Beverage Supervisor " to join our amazing team!
Summary of position
To manage the F&B operation as a successful profit center, ensuring that all functions are successfully executed in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring maximum guest and employee satisfaction consistent with Hotel Standards.
Competencies
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Hospitality
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions in a high-volume, fast-paced operation
- Strong leadership skills
- High personal integrity, professionalism, and maturity
- Fluent in English
