About the Positions in general:
Job Description
Development Engineer:
- Work on product development processes and provide technical leadership on projects.
- Analyze, design, and test requirements.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
Design Engineer:
- Participate in product design and development processes.
- Develop and improve products according to design standards.
- Create and test prototypes.
Project Manager:
- Manage and oversee project management processes.
- Effectively manage budget, timeline, and resources.
- Coordinate between team members and successfully complete project goals.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Problem-solving ability, risk assessments and analytical thinking skills.
- Fluency in English is a must, additional German preferred.
