- Undergraduate degree preferably from Chemical Engineering Departments of universities
- 0-2 years of experience of customer services in B2B business
- Export operation experience is an asset
- Excellent knowledge of SD Module of SAP
- Advanced level of English
- Result oriented and strong team working mind-set
- Advanced level of presentation, communication, time management and co-ordination skills
- For male candidates Military service should be completed
- Located in or willing to relocate to İstanbul Anatolian Side or Gebze
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing high-profile client accounts
- Supporting sales team and communicating with customers when needed
- Providing excellent customer service to all existing clients
- Tracking local and international orders from the sampling stage to the delivery stage
- Building strong client relationships through attention to client’s needs
- Acting as liaison between the customer and factory
- Proactively acting to understand and solve customer needs
