QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
- Handling the communication traffic such as e-mail, telephone etc. with the customers
- Working closely with the sales team to give them every assistance they need
- Process customer orders and monitor customer accounts
- Collaboration with relevant departments regarding customer requests and complaints
- Prepare and arrange for delivering samples and keep their records
- Prepare periodical and statistical reports for management review
General Qualifications:
- University degree in Food or Chemical Engineering
- Good command of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office Applications (esp. excel & power point)
- SAP system experience is an asset
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar position
- No restrictions for international travel
- Team competence and global thinking
- Able to work in a dynamic team environment and under pressure
- Residence in European Side of Istanbul
- Accounting knowledge is preferable
- No military obligation for male candidates
