Your Responsibilities as at Karaca:

The selected candidate is expected to have the following skills, knowledge and experiences.

- Have managed Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager account(s) for at least 2 years with experience in account management and optimisation,

- Have administrative experience that has involved the management of other ad networks (Facebook, Yandex, Criteo, RTB, etc.),

- Preferably hold an undergraduate/postgraduate degree in Statistics, Engineering, Marketing or from a related university department

- Have managed Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager accounts for at least 2 years and acquired knowledge regarding customer accounts and channels as well as possess the skills to create a digital strategy,

- Preferably a good command of Google Analytics 4 and Adjust,

- Preferably have retail target audience experience in the luxury products sector,

- Good knowledge of Excel,

- Well-developed presentation skills,

- Good command of English,

- Analytical thinking and data orientated working skills.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Show proven ability to work in a team and experience in agency management.

- Possesses creative and result-orientated thinking skills.

Expected Criteria

The successful candidate will be expected to carry out the following tasks and duties:

- Create digital marketing strategies and implementing these strategies together with the co-operating agencies after approval of position

- Manage the performance marketing budget at daily, weekly and monthly levels and implement necessary actions on time when necessary.

To hold regular meetings with digital marketing agencies, to take the necessary actions for ROAS targets and other monitored KPIs and to implement them quickly. Ensuring that agencies work efficiently.

- Make or carry out regular optimisations in advertising accounts.

- Remain in constant communication with e-commerce, marketing and CRM teams, to listen to the actions and needs, to create and implement a digital strategy in this direction.

- Implement or ensure the effective use of advertising networks such as Google, Meta and Retargeting in line with the ROAS target.

- Determine A/B tests, optimisations and monitoring needs with regard to accounts and take necessary actions in this context.

- Analysing Google Analytics 4, Google AdWords, Search Console, Meta and Adjust reports on a weekly and monthly basis and sharing them with the relevant teams.

- Take actions to increase sales by tracking e-commerce site traffic.

- Analyse and report campaign performances.

- Take actions by evaluating performance metrics not only through panel data, but also CRM, e-commerce, logistics, marketplaces, etc.

- Support the branding efforts of the marketing team by creating digital channel strategies.

- Ensure that the necessary actions are planned in the field of SEO and implemented with the co-operated agencies to increase organic traffic and to follow the allocated budget.

- Ensure that the necessary actions in the field of onsite marketing are planned and implemented with assigned agencies.

- Implement necessary actions for related agencies to work efficiently.

- Conduct analyses of competitors’ performance and deliver monthly presentation on this subject..

- Update the marketing strategy by closely following the sectoral developments regarding digital channels and implementing innovations that may be suitable for the relevantr brand strategy.
