QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Cost Accounting Project Specialist for MATA Automotive Turkey and global manufacturing facilities; MATA provides partnership services worldwide by providing personalised interior and exterior trim products and result-oriented solutions to luxury segment OEMs in the automotive industry.
Job Description:
- Takes an active role in the establishment and development of the cost accounting reporting system.
- Execute and control the cost accounting process of material movements made by the operation, correct the cost impact of erroneous material movements, correctly reflect and reconcile material stock accounts in the balance sheet.
- Control of production material stocks, reconciliation with auxiliary systems, follow-up of obsolete stocks.
- Creates and updates various definitions in the cost accounting system (department, auxiliary account, reflection account, manufacturer's company information, etc.).
- Coordinates communication with business units and project members and proactively collaborates on projects.
- Follows up action plans and takes an active role in reporting and analysis of the above business processes.
Job Requirements
- Preferably a university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in production processes,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience in cost accounting processes,
- Ability to strong communication, project management, having teamwork skills, creative and innovative approach, open to learning,
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail,
- Profecient in SAP (FICO) system,
- Resident in Istanbul Anatolian side or Gebze Kocaeli
