We are looking for a teammate for the "Senior Recruitment Specialist” position at IPEKYOL GROUP head office.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from relevant departments of Universities,
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment process of head office positions(Sourcing, Design, E-Commerce)
- Experience with competency-based interview process,
- Fluent in English,
- Able to use MS Office programs effectively,
- Strong communication skills,
- High planning and organizational skills,
- Open to change and development
- Proactive and results oriented.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Headquarters Positions in line with recruitment demands
- Publishing and filtering advertisements through career portals,
- Conducting phone interviews with candidates,
- Do a search in order to find appropriate candidates
- Conducting reference checks,
- Creating a candidate pool according to standard staff and making backups,
- Preparation of necessary reports within the scope of recruitment activities.
