We are looking for a Senior System Specialist for YILDIRIM Group to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak , Istanbul .
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Specialist or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects
- Knowledge of all roles and features (AD, IIS, DHCP, DNS, NPS, WSUS, etc.) in Windows Server systems
- Experienced in Exchange Server, Lync/Skype for business administration and problem- solving
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Office 365, Azure, etc.
- Extensive knowledge of system architecture and virtualization technologies
- Experienced in virtualization frameworks, such as Hyper-V and/or VMware ESXi
- Experienced in managing enterprise backup systems, preferably Veeam and Acronis
- Experienced in disaster recovery scenarios
- Proficiency in implementing and troubleshooting enterprise-level systems, such as operating systems, databases, and middleware
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), VMware Certified Professional (VCP)) are highly desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Open to travel
Requirements:
- Ensure the effective implementation, maintenance, and optimization of complex IT systems
- Design and implement system architectures, configurations, and integrations according to requirements and industry best practices
- Oversee system installations, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to system performance, security, and integration
- Conduct system performance monitoring and analysis to identify and resolve bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and vulnerabilities
- Provide technical support to domestic and international subsidiaries of the Group
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable solutions that align with the Group
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering professional development
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements
