QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferably graduated from Communication Faculties or International Relations Departments of universities.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in retail).
  • Advanced level of English and preferably one of the following languages: Russian, Arabic, or French.
  • Experience with the use of MS Office, and Project Management Software (Trello, Asana, Jira, etc.).
  • Result-oriented and strong in relationship management, customer focus.
  • Able to commute to the Mecidiyeköy location without transportation issues.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in developing international marketing strategies and plans.
  • Support in creating the international marketing budget.
  • Assist in establishing and managing communication processes for campaigns (SMS, radio, social media, store, etc.).
  • Assist in creating marketing activities for store openings.
  • Keep the international merchandising calendar up to date and develop communication strategies specific to each country accordingly.
  • Manage social media content editing, planning, and controls.
  • Monitor and report on advertising and communication efforts.
  • Conduct market research.
  • Assist in the execution of CRM processes for international markets (SMS, email, mystery shoppers, etc.).
  • Support PR processes.
  • Announce new products, content, and news to global partners.
  • Assist in planning international fairs (e.g., Mapic), events, and competitions.
  • Provide support for franchise advertising requests.
  • Monitor the global implementation of Madame Coco's communication.
  • Monitor store music and fragrance processes.
  • Track brand registration, patent, and domain processes.
  • Regularly establish franchise communication.
  • Ensure brand communication materials are up to date.
  • Support franchise partners in monitoring and managing their social media channels.
  • Prepare KPI reports and present them to the upper management.
  • Undertake additional tasks as needed to improve the quality, efficiency, or alignment with company strategicgoals and vision, as well as implement expected actions by management.
