QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Danone Turkey is looking for a talented colleague for the "Prdocution Engineer - Bursa" position.
Be responsible from following requirements:
- The production engineer is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing production processes. They research and implement improvement opportunities to enhance process efficiency.
- Managing quality control processes to ensure the produced items meet quality standards. They monitor compliance with quality specifications and work to resolve quality issues.
- Planning, coordinating, and overseeing regular maintenance of production machinery and equipment. Ensuring timely maintenance to enhance production continuity and efficiency.
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting data related to production processes to evaluate performance. Providing improvement recommendations based on analysis findings
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards in the production area. Taking measures to prevent workplace accidents and developing guidelines for ensuring employee safety.
- Continuously reviewing production processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and researching new methods and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborating closely with the production team to troubleshoot issues, manage projects, and ensure smooth operations.
To be able to successful in the role, you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in production processes.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
