QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in the facilities including analyzing equipment needs, reliability issues, developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs
Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively
Support, comply and ensure complicity with Health & Safety regulations, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures
Develop work safety procedures, make sure the team under supervision follows rules,
Manage, coach and develop a high performing Maintenance team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements
Support encourage and develop team members
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance
Prepare the annual Maintenance budget and forecasts and all Capital Expenditure proposals as well as ensuring compliance with legal standards. Manage the budget from identification to completion of projects.
Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility
Ensure KPIs are met by working to the overall plan, including management of, and reporting
Schedule both internal and external work(s) maximizing planned down time and reducing unplanned downtime
Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems are undertaken
Ensure that designated buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive support/solutions when required
Set up utility machines maintenance according to plans,
Carry out criteria assessments and prepare the report for continuous improvement and performance follow up, present it to management, plan and implement necessary corrective-preventive actions,
Ensure that the GMP rules are followed,
Minimize the costs and losses.
Capabilities:
Bachelor's degree on Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
Competent in problem solving, planning and decision making
Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, practices, and field application techniques used in the utilities .
Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations.
Knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA control technique automation systems.
To be able to use‘’Autocad’’ will be a plus
Certification of ‘’Yüksek Gerilim Tesisleri İşletme Sorumluluğu’’ will be a plus
Knowledge on Data Analytics
Fluent Turkish, advanced level English
Good command of Microsoft Office Programs
Minimum 3-5 years of experience
Willing to located in Bursa
