QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a LOGISTICS OPERATIONS SPECIALIST to be assigned at the Istanbul Head Office of our company, which carries out shipments within the scope of transit trade from more than 50 countries.
Personal qualifications
· Graduated from relevant departments of universities (Maritime Business Management, Logistics Management,vb)
· Fluent English
· Who has strong in teamworking,operations and witrh analytycal mindset
· No obstacle to travel abroad
· Min 5 years experience
· Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
· Able to keep up with intense work tempo
· Having a class B driver's license and being able to drive actively,
· For male candidates, military service must be completed or postponed.
Job Requirements
· Getting freight quotes from transportation companies
· To carry out operational processes regarding maritime exports together with all stakeholders.
· To prepare and check the relevant documents in accordance with the loading instructions
· To convey information to the necessary places regarding the departure and arrival of the shipments.
· Organizing shipments from different countries within the scope of transit trade with suppliers and planning the loading schedules.
