Job Description
- To develop HR processes (recruitment, promotion / assignment, performance, training, employee engagement, headcount management, HR process & system management etc.) and to develop necessary system according to business priorities
- To be the first contact of employees about all HR related topics.
- Discuss and proactively follow all the HR related needs and requests of the business lines’ managers
- Recruitment process - Discussing staff needs, screening applications, conducting interviews and offer process and onboarding,
- Performance and Career Management - Participating in career development issues, discussing career paths with line managers, recommending suitable career moves (transfers, promotions) for employees,
- Employee Relations - Investigating and resolving day-to-day employee related issues in coordination with the line managers,
- Conducting exits interviews,
- Reporting - Advising management and employees on personnel matters by preparing periodic reports/briefs,
- Management & improvement of HR Operations processes
- Reporting Human Resources KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced level of English
- Preferably Min.8 years of experience HR Business Partnership experience
- Advanced level of internal customer focus, analytical and problem solving skills,
- Effective communication, presentation and project management skills
- Coordination, organization, planning skills are must
- Working knowledge on Turkish Labor Law.
