QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "Digital Transformation Manager" to be assigned to the Digital Transformation Center of our company, which is one of the most important organizations in the defense industry, railway and trailer sectors.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum three years of experience leading Organizational Change Management efforts and teams in support of technology and digital transformation projects. Including planning, developing, and applying change management practices and tools
- Organizational Change Management certification is preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills including expertise in building trust, negotiating, and influencing others to support change
- Excellent leadership abilities to manage, motivate, and inspire related team members and stakeholders
- Proficiency in English, especially in writing and editing skills, with proven ability
- Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with other team members
- Superior organization, communication, and presentation skills
- Effective facilitator adept at planning and leading discussions to achieve meeting objectives,
- Ability to work and lead in a team environment, plan, coordinate, and implement complex activities,
- Ability to resolve a broad range of issues in a timely fashion
- Ability to prioritize, coordinate requests, projects deadlines, and communications in an environment with competing priorities
- Demonstrated excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently with broader internal and external constituencies and with technical professionals to accomplish group tasks and projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and implement a Digital Transformation Center to facilitate smooth transitions and proliferate the use of change Management including framework(s), strategies, plans, practices, and templates to maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance

Lead and support the digital transformation team members initiatives to create a supportive environment for employees to work, grow, and develop

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of digital transformation efforts, regularly monitoring performance data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize digital processes and technologies

Lead and coordinate change management activities including supporting and participating on project teams integrating change management activities into their project plans

Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and ensure that vendor solutions integrate seamlessly within the ecosystem

Staying updated on emerging technologies, industry best practices, and market trends relevant to digital transformation is essential

Develop and manage a User Experience program that identifies opportunities for improvement and training for different company members

Perform outreach duties to increase community awareness of ITS services, initiatives, and time-sensitive tasks, as assigned

Prepare and deliver oral and written presentations
