R&D Junior Mechanical Engineer
We are looking for new graduated Junior Engineer to join our R&D Team in Haier Europe Washing Appliances temporarily for 9 months.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (MSc and/or PhD are plus)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Advanced MS Office (Esp. MS Excel, Powerpoint) knowledge.
- Knowledge in using CAD tools for 3D design and 2D drafting (Preferably CREO),
- Ability to use measurement instruments and test equipments,
- Knowledge of basic quality approaches like; FMEA, 8D, SPC (Statistical Process Control),
- Dynamic, team player, and having good communication, problem solving and enacting skills,
- Live/willing to live in or close to Eskişehir
- No obstacles for travel
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Developing 3D design of plastic & sheet metal components from concept sketch to the final product,
- Verifying the design with analytical calculations or FEM analysis expert, and making prototypes,
- 2D drawing preparation considering proper dimensional tolerances by verifying the stack-up analysis and in accordance with Haier Europe standards,
- Using teamcenter for design validation, management of data and collaboration with other departments,
- Attending project meetings with members of Italy and China branches to follow all developments related to the project,
- Having a role for the design and evaluate process for cost and quality improvements projects.
