QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Rotafilo is a world class manufacturing facility specializing in aviation airframe and engine tooling and ground support equipment. We design and manufacture our own products and connect with customers all over the world. We have additional sales offices (in the United States etc.), along with the manufacturing facility located in Eskişehir, Turkey. We export to more than 110 countries and work with well-known companies worldwide.

Qualifications for this position include:
- Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering departments,
- At least 1 year of experience in mechanical design and production (machining and welded manufacturing),
- Advanced technical drawing reading, understanding and interpretation skills,
- Good ability to use Solidworks 3D CAD modeling software,
- Good 2D technical drawing ability,
- Knowledgeable in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing methods and able to prepare technical drawings for this,
- Having knowledge of machine elements, 3-dimensional thinking,
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications,
- SAP / ERP system usage experience is preferred,
- Able to keep up with flexible working hours (including possible overtime) and a fast work pace with multiple projects simultaneously,
- Responsible, capable of analytical thinking, self-expressive and work discipline,
- High communication skills, prone to teamwork, high motivation,
- Good command of English, both written and spoken,
- Residing / able to reside in Eskişehir,
- Military service completed for male candidates,
- Can drive actively, no obstacles to travel.
