Brand Manager

We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our team at Pınar Süt , a company within Yaşar Group, which is a pioneer of firsts in Türkiye.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration etc,
• At least 5 years of marketing and product management experience, preferably in the FMCG field
• Responsible from the P&L management of the brand / category under responsibility
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
• Good verbal and written skills in English
• Put the customer on your focus,
• Identify opportunities for improvement in your work and develop effective solutions,
• Proactive in achieving your goals,
• Willing to learn and improve,

• During the preparation phase of business plans within the system; Conducting brand, competitor, market, system, economic and financial analysis, coordinating with the sales team and following the practices,
• Regular monitoring of economic and sectoral trends and competitor actions, preparing reports on sales, market share and profitability performance of brands and carrying out the necessary action plans,
• Identifying needs and opportunities related to the product groups you are responsible for and creating strategic road maps,
• Developing medium and long-term communication strategies in line with the product strategy and ensuring their implementation,
• Supporting your manager in identifying regional needs and opportunities and creating strategic road maps,
• Understand the consumer, develop winning consumer strategies, create strategies supported and improved by local insights, and monitor the successful execution of these strategies,
• Creating the right communication platform for different channels and specific customers, supporting your manager in determining and implementing the right promotional mechanics,
• Conducting retrospective performance analysis of the projects carried out and sharing the work outputs within the company,
• Regularly follow up the planned and actual budget,
• Establishing solid relationships with internal and external customers
