We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Specialist, reporting to Learning & Development Manager, to join our Human Resources team,. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs that align with the organization's strategic goals, and support continuous learning culture in the company. This role requires a creative and dynamic professional with a passion for employee growth and organizational excellence. Although the location is Antalya, candidates who plan to move to Antalya and willing to live there are also welcomed to participate in the process.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education Sciences, Psychology, Sociology or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Learning and Development Specialist role
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, proven project management experience
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools, experience in SAP SF tool is an asset
  • Strong analytical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Support open communication and feedback culture
  • Open to change and innovation
  • Highly effective organization, planning and time management skills


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify learning and development needs through different resources
  • Design engaging and effective learning and development programs
  • Utilize a variety of instructional techniques to ensure effective knowledge transfer
  • Plan and organize learning & development programs aligned with organizational needs and targets
  • Explore and incorporate innovative e-learning solutions to enhance employee development
  • Manage the vendor meetings, evaluate the proposals to select the most proper one
  • Build, manage and follow up company internal trainers pool
  • Implement assessment methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs
  • Track and measure learning & development metrics (training activity, attendance and program effectiveness, budget realization etc.)
  • Manage and develop LMS and other learning platforms, provide technical support and training to employees on using these platforms
  • Continually research methods and techniques in learning & development and remain up-to-date, actively seek worldwide learning and development methods and best practices to facilitate employee development
  • Lead and/or support HR projects to maximize employee experience
