General Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering fields.
- Having at least 5 years of Quality and Management Systems experience.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is must.
- Good command of MS Office applications and strong knowledge of Excel.
- Advanced presentation skills.
- Multinational working experience.
- Result-Oriented, having analytical thinking, giving importance to teamwork and strong communication.
Job Descriptions
- To monitor the systems established according to ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 10002 and ISO 22301 standards.
- To ensure the creation, implementation and maintenance of the necessary processes for the Quality, Information Security, Personal Data, Business Continuity and Customer Satisfaction Management Systems.
- Preparation of all necessary reports related to the field.
- Attending management review meetings, keeping, distributing and tracking minutes of meetings.
- Supporting the preparation of the internal audit plan, conducting internal audits with people who have received internal audit training, and presenting the results at the management review meetings.
- To plan training on Quality, Information Security, Personal Data, Business Continuity and Customer Satisfaction Systems and to provide and follow up the training processes on these subjects.
- Taking corrective and preventive actions when necessary.
- Keeping track of corrective and preventive activities.
- Conducting internal audits of designated departments within the company.
- To follow the developments in the field, to update the information and to apply it to the processes for which it is responsible in line with the interests of the Company.
- To ensure its operation in accordance with Information Security, Business Continuity, Quality, Customer Satisfaction Policies and within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law.
