QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
- Execution of the Customer experience process (English will be actively used)
- Preparing and submitting price offers (import and export processes between other countries in industrial markets)
- Providing proactive solutions and alternatives to customers, making recommendations with analytical perspective
- Price, deadline, quantity process in customer orders.
- Checking the compatibility of the details with the offers
- Negotiating deadlines with suppliers and informing customers
- To get information from the factories about the delivery times of the products to be produced
- Controlling the margins of the products to be produced in order to create a price
- Entry and approval of orders
- Following the planning, production and delivery processes of the order
- To follow the production status of the products and the preparation status of the order
- Dealing with the shipping process and preparing the necessary instructions according to the country
- To keep in touch with the customer during the delivery process and to provide the necessary information
- Organizing pre-shipment inspections
- Managing customer relations
- Price, quality, logistics complaints etc. managing processes
- Managing disputes and complaints
- Creating related requests for credit notes or additional invoices
- Incoming production costs, deadlines tracking to respond to requests
- Carrying out the necessary SAP processes
- To follow up old or undelivered orders
- To prepare and analyze development reports on all processes
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in related departments
- Fluency in English verbal and written communication is a must
- Professional French or German will be a preferable
- Minimum 4-6 years of working experience in a similar position
- Professional knowledge of MS Office ans SAP Applications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- The position will be based in İstanbul
- No military obligation for male candidates
