QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB DESCRIPTİON
- Adherence & application of Group Policies including Equal Opportunities, Environment, Health & Safety & Quality & local country policies & procedures.
- Payroll Delivery in line with agreed terms & conditions of employment.
- Prepares payroll by calculating pay, distributing checks, and maintaining payroll records.
- Provides hiring for new employees by providing information packets, reviewing company policies, gathering withholding and other payroll information and obtaining signatures for documents.
- Reporting HR KPI (e.g. Social Security System Records, CBA Reports, FTE & personal costs, turnover rates, absence, time & attendance management reports.
- Administers employees personal data maintenances including, CBA rights, C&B limits, insurances, providing actual information verifying submission, and notifying employees of approvals.
- Documents and tracks human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Lead administrative job the related working area.
- Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of information enabling monthly processing of payrolls.
- Management of payroll system and liaison with Plants regarding any issues.
- Gather information on hours worked for each employee.
- Keep in touch with legal firm, bureau and company’s other labor and social authorities and assist labor relations in the area of responsibility.
- Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees.
- Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
- Prepare reports for data and to Regional/Plant HR manager and related department (Controlling, Accounting.)
- Keep close relation and collaboration between services providers for good quality service (shuttle bus, cleaning service, security, courier)
- Control all company cars and their regular maintenance period and others (gasoline, OGS etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in related field or adequate other degree.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a company related position.
- In-depth knowledge of core Payroll and Labour relations Governance terminology and best practices.
