QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for an ‘’ Warehouse Associate ” to be in Akyazı Plant. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:
- Leading the operations with regards to distribution & warehousing of products within the supply network,
- Driving cost efficiencies, leverage global best practices & sustainability initiatives,
- Managing daily distribution and shipping activities,
- Analysing, understanding, designing, standardizing, documenting and digitalising of warehouses work and data flow,
- Experiencing at Blue Collar & White collar management,
- Studying ergonomics and work safety analysis of warehouses,
- Managing the improvement projects of probable risks and designing the optimal work area structure,
- Training and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short and long term performance goals,
- Managing, making sustainable and reporting 5S Activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related departments of universities,
- Experience in Warehouse, Logistics or similar position min 5 years,
- Good command of written and spoken English,
- Advanced user of MS Office applications,
- Preferably knowledge of SAP SD Modul, AXATA (WMS), QDMS
- Experienced in inbound and outbound warehouse,
- Key skills and abilities include proactive, analytical thinking and problem solving,
- Strong communication skills with excellent organizing and planning skills,
- Active driver - B class,
- No restrictioons for travelling,
- Lives/can live in Sakarya.
