QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Hotel Komana, which will be launched very soon, is one of the most important investments of Açık Holding in the tourism sector. Located in Sultanahmet on the historical peninsula, the heart of Istanbul, the hotel has been designed by preserving the Stone Room structure inside; while it impresses with its fascinating beauty and harmony with old Istanbul, it aims to provide a unique accommodation experience to its guests with the fine details of comfort and Luxury.

We are searching for a seasoned ‘Restaurant General Manager’ to lead our upcoming fine-dining rooftop haven. As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be the maestro, ensuring flawless operations, profitability, and an unforgettable guest experience. Join us in creating a culinary landmark!

Experience & Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus,
  • Proven track record as a Restaurant General Manager or a similar leadership role,
  • Prior experience in PR or marketing is a significant advantage,
  • A natural leader with exceptional communication skills,

  • Customer service excellence is ingrained in your philosophy,

  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations,

  • Adept at leading and inspiring a diverse team,

  • A problem-solving star with solid decision-making abilities,

  • Detail-oriented and possess a talent for organization,


Qualifications and Job Descriptions:

  • Orchestrate the daily routine of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Craft and execute PR and marketing strategies to cultivate a loyal and discerning clientele.
  • Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and local businesses for recognation of our brand

  • Champion exceptional customer service by training and guiding the front-of-house team.

  • Be the voice of the customer – actively monitor feedback and reviews, ensuring all concerns are addressed promptly.

  • Collaborate closely with the culinary team to curate and refine the restaurant's menu.

  • Steer the restaurant's financial course, encompassing cost control and revenue projections.

  • Keep a pulse on industry trends and competitor landscapes to identify growth opportunities.

  • Implement strategies to streamline operations and maximize profitability.
