Core Responsibilities
- Daily Teams Meeting for Quality Report sharing with Summary
- Customer Defect Initial Analysis report /Quality Alert
- Attending Customer Events & presentation for the Quality Issues to Customer·
- Minimizing 3rd party rejection by live feedback and daily verification of all shifts & clearance
- Daily Interaction with Customer for Quality Issues & requirement & Communication to plant side
What Is Required
- Bachelor's DegrKnowledge of excel and PPTee in Engineering or related field
- Experience of customer handling for at least 3-4 Years
- Knowledge of excel and PPT
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Advanced communication skills in English
- Team work oriented & Embraces cultural diversity
