We are looking for a E-commerce & CRM Intern to work in NAOS Turkey Office located in Maslak, İstanbul.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate students currently in their 4th year or in their 1st year of a graduate program in fields such as Statistics, Engineering, Management Information Systems
- Able to work min 4 days a week
- Self-managed, assertive, result-oriented, proactive and able to work with deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Familiar with basic statistical analysis methods
- Ability to make meaningful sense of raw and unprocessed data
- Familiar with SQL, SPSS, Minitab, Power BI programs and willing to learn
- Interested in research, data organization, analysis, reporting and visualization
- Digital mindset & strong problem solving skills
- CRM and E-Commerce related experience is a strong plus
Job Description
- Creating daily, weekly and monthly reports for CRM, D2C, B2B and B2C channels
- Assisting in deriving insights from the tools used
- Importing and analyzing data from panels
- Responsibility for keeping Power BI reports up to date
- Conducting tests on digital platforms
- Campaign reports
- Providing support to field teams in CRM-based projects.
- Proficient in data visualization
