QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to effectively support the members of our board of directors. Candidates with proficiency in English, both written and verbal, are preferred. In this position, we seek someone with strong management and organizational skills, the ability to manage relationships, and contribute to operations as a reliable confidant.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the daily workflow of the board of directors.
- Plan and coordinate activities such as meetings, travel arrangements, and events.
- Prepare, edit, and follow up on business correspondence.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails, responding or redirecting as necessary.
- Prepare necessary documents and organize presentations.
· Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Conduct research and compile information for reports and presentations.
Qualifications:
- University graduate, preferably with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proficient in English, preferably with an additional foreign language
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- Responsible, reliable, and discreet.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and flexible working hours.
