Akzo Nobel Boya A.Ş. is searching for “ Administrative Affairs Assistant ” who will be holding responsibility within Supply Chain Department.

The position location is Powder Coatings site in İzmir (Aegean Free Zone - ESBAŞ)


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences
  • Proven experience preferably at a multinational company as an administrative assistant or relevant role
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced level of English, written and spoken
  • Good knowledge on MS Office (SAP knowledge is preferred)
  • No military obligation for male candidates.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for meals, work clothing, shuttle, switchboard and all other services within the scope of the facility.
  • Uses Shift Plan and Weekend Shift Work Schedule to make related organizations on meal and transport.
  • Transfers employee and subcontractor requests and/or complaints to relevant correspondances and follows up.
  • Supports for various procurement activities both direct and indirect.
  • Follows up the purchase orders and liaising with suppliers for timely receipt of materials and/or services.
  • Makes reservations for international/domestic flights and accommodations that need to be organised in consultation with the agency.
