QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor and track orders from placement to delivery, ensuring they progress without delays,
- Address any customer inquiries related to order status, shipping, or delivery timelines,
- Proactively identify disruptions (e.g., production delays, supply shortages) that impact order fulfilment,
- Communicate these events promptly to customers, providing transparent information,
- Propose revised Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) based on the situation and the consolidation of the SC team,
- Collaborate with manufacturing and support teams to gather data on production bottlenecks, inventory issues, or other crises,
- Synthesize this information to provide accurate visibility to customers,
- Assist in crisis management by offering alternative solutions or contingency plans.
General Qualifications
- Technical bachelor's degree (such as Industrial Engineering) would be considered as a plus,
- Proven work experience as a Customer Service or in a similar role. Experience in a medical device industry will be a plus,
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business applications. Experience with any ERP is a must,
- 2 - 5 years experience in customer service functions from multi-national company or equivalent,
- Experience in Spectacles, medical devices industry would be a plus,
- Fluency in English,
- Advanced use of MS Office Programs (PowerPoint and Excel)
