QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Novagentek operates in the sales of chemicals and consumables that are used in laboratory analysis.
We are looking for team member to be assigned at Ankara headquarter Management department.
Core Requirements
• Graduate of universities that provide 4-year education in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Foreign Trade, or related fields
• Fluent in English,
• Strong Microsoft and PC skills,
• At least 2 years of experience in the field,
• Dynamic, careful, knowledgeable,
• Highly motivated, prone to teamwork,
• Preferably experienced in in the laboratory chemical or consumables import sector.
Responsibilities
• Placing purchase orders (transmitting purchase orders to our foreign suppliers, ensuring their accuracy, and tracking the products from foreign suppliers to our warehouse)
• Organizing import, transportation, and logistics processes,
• Preparing and controlling the import documentation and following the customs clearance process
• Reporting to the manager
• Knowing import legislation and following current developments.
