QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

General Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Min 8 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Youtube
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Strong computer skills, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS-Project or similar project management program
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • High analysis and reporting skills
  • Fluency in English both written and ora
  • Preferably living in Istanbul Asia side

Job Description


  • Manage and maintain the execution of Digital marketing activities.
  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn,
  • Prepare Digital Marketing budgets, determining target audiences, and submitting them for approval; monitor the realizations of the approved budget and targets.
  • Ensure budget is spent across performance channels efficiently and optimizing ROI
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis and report regularly at certain periods.
  • Use a data driven approach to manage campaigns and drive insights on strategy and performance,
  • Develop new ideas to improve campaign performance through strategies, bidding strategies, creative content, ad variations, keyword expansions, audience optimizations, and landing page optimizations,
  • Optimization of lead management process, including media management, website design and A/B tests,
  • Manage email marketing platforms.
  • Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
  • Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
  • Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)
  • Fix any errors or bugs in online content
