QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate is expected to have below requirements,


  • Graduate of Engineering Faculties of Universities (Preferably Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering)
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong TS-16949 experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Result oriented personality with strong planning and analytical skills
  • High sense of responsibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment with an attention-to-detail.

Job Description:

  • We are seeking Sales and Project Engineer to contribute to the growth and success of our company.
  • The successful candidate will actively participate in sales processes and ensure the successful management of projects.
  • This role will involve managing customer relationships, presenting technical solutions, and ensuring timely project completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and establish active communication with them
  • Managing the existing customer businesses and target to increase their turnover in company.
  • Analyze customer requirements and propose technical solutions
  • Prepare proposals and conduct customer presentations
  • Plan and monitor project execution
  • Determine equipment and resource needs to fulfill project requirements
  • Manage and monitor project processes
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer relationships
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets
