QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Business Administration, Economy, International Relations, Chemical Engineering, Foreign Trade or relevant fields,
- At least 3 years of experience in sales and customer management,
- Good command of MS Office applications (SAP knowledge is a plus)
- Excellent command of written and spoken both Russian and English,
- Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal, dynamic, creative and analytical skills,
- No restriction to travel abroad, Strong strategic, analytical, quantitative & problem-solving skills,
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develops plans and strategies by coordinating with the manager to achieve the regional export sales target,
- Maintains regular contact with all international customers by customer visits, demonstrations and negotiations,
- Services existing accounts, prepares offers, obtains orders by planning and organizing daily work schedule,
- Prepare and analyses reports for customer visits and sales meetings,
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions, preparing reports,
- Focus on market research, finding new customers, new markets and new opportinuties,
- Follows up on customer payments, ensures the financial debts are in accordance within the company’s and the customer’s accounts,
