QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities
- Analyze business and client needs breaking them down into epics, features, and stories to articulate requirements with required documents,
- Working with business teams to identify detailed business requirements before IT processes begin,
- To complete the analysis of the items according to the specified user-story inputs,
- Manage the product backlog and prioritization process for each user story, bug, or task, ensuring the completeness and consistency of the customer and product requirements Testing Tasks according to acceptance criteria,
- Understanding the root cause of problems, producing appropriate solutions, or process-improving solutions,
- To prepare the development document and end-user documents for product features,
- Excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) techniques and agile practices (DevOps, Continuous Delivery, Continuous Integration, Scrum).Identify all impacted stakeholders and enable collaboration between them to understand their needs from a business process.
Qualifications
- BS or MS degree from Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Mathematics Engineering or other related departments,
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Business/System Analyst in software projects,
- Experience in Warehouse Management Systems, ecommerce, Supply Chain Process,
- Preferably have IIBA, CCBA, AAC certification,
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes,
- Proven experience with Postman and/or SoapUI,
- Object-oriented development knowledge, SQL knowledge preferred,
- Computer skills to produce effective, spreadsheets, reports, documents, and presentations, as required,
- Demonstrated understanding of quality standards relative to software development, relational database principles, computer-assisted analysis and business case modeling,
- Lead the planning, tracking, and management of small to mid-sized projects,
- Familiarity with and enthusiasm for Agile approaches to software development,
- Draws on several known options to solve problems and to develop improvements,
- Proficient in using tools such as Atlassian Jira-Confluence, Draw.io effectively,
- Preferably speaking and writing skills in English.
